- Customers and Brand Partners have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a refund less shipping costs.
- Unused, partially used, or empty containers are acceptable for return.
- Products purchased in a pack must be returned as a complete pack to be eligible for return/refund.
- Items redeemed with Subscribe & Save Rewards or Product Credits are not eligible for return/refund.
- Customers and Brand Partners are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items purchased on Bundle & Save will be adjusted to their wholesale price if not returned with their parent pack (parent pack = pack that the items were bundled under).
- Note: Products purchased through an unauthorized vendor will not be accepted.
Please see the following instructions for requesting a return:
- Log into your Amare.com account, hover over your name, and click "My Orders".
- Locate the order with items you wish to return and click the purple "Return Order" button.
- Select the items you are wishing to return, provide a reason for the return and click "Continue."
- Confirm the return details are correct and click "Confirm Return."
- Print out the provided Return Slip to add to your return, pack up the items, and ship them back to our warehouse
- You will also receive email confirmation of the return request to your address on file. This email will contain the return instructions and warehouse address for the return.
- You can reach out to Customer Experience with the return tracking information to expedite your refund.
