Troubleshooting Suggestions
- We recommend first making sure to access the amare.com website via a computer with Google Chrome as the browser.
- Next, we suggest clearing your browser cache and cookies, and ensuring the browser is up to date. You can do this by clicking the vertical ellipses in the top right corner of the browser window > Click on Settings at the bottom of the list.
- In Settings click on Privacy & Security > Clear Browsing Data > Make sure the boxes are checked > Click 'Clear Data'.
- You will need to log back into your Amare account.
