Please see the following instructions on how you cancel a processed order on your account:
- Log into your account, hover over your name, and click "My Account".
- Find your order (it will generally be the first order shown when you go to the Orders menu) and click "Cancel Order."
- Confirm the cancelation reason and click "Cancel Order" again to confirm.
- Complete! You will see a confirmation of the cancelation. The status of the order invoice will reflect as cancelled and above the order will be a new invoice to reflect the refund to the original form of payment on the order.
