What is the last day to modify my order?
The last day to modify your order is 24 hours before the next order date. Because orders are shipped out in a timely manner, including Saturday and Sunday, we are unable to guarantee that orders can be canceled past the last day to modify.*
*Subscribe & Save reminder emails are sent seven (7) days before the order is set to process, and again two (2) days before the order is set to process. Please add support@amare.com to your email contacts to help ensure these emails make it to your inbox.
Please review the following instructions on how to modify your existing Subscribe & Save order:
- After logging into Amare.com, hover over your name in the upper-right corner of the page then click Manage My Subscribe & Save. If accessing Amare.com on a mobile device, click on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- To modify an existing Subscribe & Save, click "Edit". To cancel a future order, select "Cancel Order."
- If you have Subscribe & Save Reward points or Product Credits, you can add them by selecting REDEEM REWARD or REDEEM CREDIT.
- If you have Subscribe & Save Reward points or Product Credits, you can add them by selecting REDEEM REWARD or REDEEM CREDIT.
- If you've selected Edit or Redeem Credit/Reward, make the desired changes to your Subscribe & Save by editing your Product Selection, Shipping address, delivery speed or date, or your Payment information.
- Once you have made the desired changes, select "Continue." If an applicable promo code is available, you can add it on the Review page, click the "Terms and Conditions" box, and then click "Save Changes."
- Make sure your changes are saved! If you do not get the confirmation screen, your order updates may not have been saved.
